Mean Mom

I admit it, I was a BRAT and mean to my poor kids. But I just wanted a cute picture for our Christmas card! I waited longer than I have ever waited to get them done and I was freaking out! I had done so many for other people that turned out so cute and I wanted that for me. ( see what I mean about Brat ) It was cold, too late, muddy and there were rats! I made poor Bryn stand in a spot that we had just seen a mouse and that is MEAN!
I was yelling at them that they werent smiling right, yelling at Oaklee, who was being so good, considering all the yummy farm smells she wanted to go investigate. It got way too dark quick and so I had to just hope that I at least got one good one to use. I made Bryn cry and was so rude to Jade thinking he wasnt cooperating, when in fact he was doing awesome and doing everything I asked. So I offered Slurpees to make up and they totally forgot how mean I was and forgave me. When I uploaded the pictures to my computer staring back at me were 2 of the most beautiful, awesome, cute, amazing kids ever! ( and dog ) Yes they were a little bit dark, but nothing photoshop couldnt fix and it added to the rustic look I was going for anyway. There were several that I LOVE, and I learned that no matter what the conditions, any picture of my cute family is amazing!

Way behind!

Facebook makes me neglect my little blog so I thought I would try to catch up a little!
Bryn had her annual parade at school and party Thursday before Halloween, which worked out perfect since we went to Vegas over Halloween. I LOVED her costume this year.. Her BFF Shamrah went and got the same costume after seeing how cute Bryns was so they were twins. Dont thin B was very happy about it at first but then she got over it and decided it was fun to be the same thing. Even Oaklee wore a Bee costume that I had bought years ago at Target for like 2.00. We carved our pumpkins early and it was really weird not to be here on Halloween.... But it was fun... more to come on Vegas.

HaLlOwEeN PaRtY

This pic makes me smile

I love the relationship and bond Steve and Jade have, this picture just makes me happy! I love that I caught it when their hands are touching. This was the last game of the year for The Devils and so its bittersweet. They fought their way back winning 3 games in a row to make it to the championship game in the Toys for Tots tournament. It was such a fun year and Im sad to see it end.

Its been awhile....

As Jade's team has grown, and gotten older he hasnt really pitched as much as he used to. They all pretty much have their positions now, he has his main position at shortstop, which he loves but I know he misses it. The other night he got to pitch and it was fun to watch him again. For not pitching very much he did awesome and I was proud how he came in with bases loaded and helped his team out of it.

Lion King

We had a GNO and went to see Lion King with my Mom, Sister, and nieces. It was amazing, loved every minute of it. The only thing missing was Steve, but we are going to see it in NYC, it is a goal of mine!

Beautiful

I was just getting my lens on to take some pictures at Jade's game and I looked up and saw Bryn sitting there doing her homework looking exceptionally cute, so I snuck a couple pictures. I LOVE this one, in fact it is one of my favorite pictures I have EVER taken of her, and there is A LOT.. I love the look on her face and how pretty her hands are. This one is a keeper for sure, think ill frame it :)

Steamboat

WOW! What an amazing place... We had an awesome time, lots of baseball, lots of swimming, lots of pin trading! So glad my parents joined us. So proud of Jades team, they played great and beat the team that that made it to the championship game, way to hang with the teams that play all year guys! The river there is beautiful and I want to go back when there is no baseball so we can do the things we didn't get to do.
