Rain Dance

What a CRAZY storm! Bryn and Anika had fun dancing in the rain before the Hail came! Little girls are so cute! :) Boy did the hail make a mess of our yard! It ruined all of our hollyhocks which were beautiful! And my garden doesnt look so hot. I had gorgeous cilantro growing and its trashed! :(

FREE FALLIN!

Jade has always told us that when he is TEN he will go off the red platform at the pool, cause you have to be ten and he is a rule follower for sure! ( i hope he keeps that trait when he is a teenager ) I thought that was just an excuse not to go off it, but sure enough! The second we got to his party that was the first thing he did. woo hoo Jade!

Happy Birthday Jade!

I cant believe its been TEN years since I became a Mom for the first time! That was one of the most amazing days of my life! The pictures are of him on his first birthday! He looked so cute and I loved his little NIKE shoes! Although I miss him being little, I love the age he is at now. He is so fun to be with and so helpful. He really is my best friend. I love you Jade! Thanks for making the last ten years fun.

Oh the joy of first learning to blow a bubble! Now when she has gum that is all she does. I was watching her at one of Jades games from far away and luckily I had my zoom lense on and caught her!

Crushed!

Crushed had two meanings in this game, Jade crushed one over the fence for his 2nd over the fence home run, and the team was pretty crushed when they lost by one to Crown Colony and were knocked out of the tournament. It was so awesome to watch him do that though! His cute teammates were all waiting for him at home plate, as he ran the bases with his arms in the air! It was so fun... Just wish they could have won! Now its on to the next team, next tournament, he would play baseball in his sleep if he could! His friend Zach was there and Jade said he is his good luck charm..... I made him pose for this picture with the actual ball and he knew exactly where it went over so we took it there.

Princess and the Pea.....

I love how excited Bryn gets over the little things in life.... Like PEAS! She picks them everyday and loves counting to see how many are in each pod. Ten is the record. Keep loving the little things B, I love it & you!!

our 4th.....

Nothing can top being in Oregon on the 4th, down at the beach... But we still had lots of fun here. On the 4th we went to the Bees game with Josh,Lindsay and Jace & Jordan. ( we dont get enough baseball as it is! ) They let you out on the field to watch fireworks after the game, and when you lay down its like they are right on top of you. It was way fun! Then on Saturday we had a BBQ and did the fireworks that Jade and Steve had bought. We didnt get to do them on Friday cause we got home so late. I tried to get some cool sparkler pictures, I heard that there is a way to capture the image you draw with them. I didnt quite get it down,but they still are cute.

Going to State!

Jades All Star team had to win there last 2 games in order to make it to the State tournament and they did it! The last game Jade had to come in to pitch the last inning and he did great, and they ended up holding them and won it! Way to go West Jordan! Now they dont play until the 12th so it wil be nice to have a little break.
