HaLlOweEn CrAfts!

I wanted to do some fun Halloween stuff with the kids a couple Fridays ago, and although they turned out really cute I just want to say that the Cheesecloth ghosts kicked my butt! Not as easy as I was imagining and I ended up having to do them cause it was just too hard for the kids. The Tie Dyed pumpkin shirts however were fun for them, I had to do the faces cause the fabric marker I bought was dumb and was hard to use! But they had fun putting the elastics on and dyeing them orange... I think they turned out cute! Bryn wears hers way more than Jade so I dont have a pic of him in his yet, but he wore it today to school so I will add one later!

Hallowen Poker Party 2008!

This was our 4th year doing this party, and it was as fun as ever! We had lots, ok oodles of yummy food, and fun playing some Hold em! Josh got lucky and got 1st ( just kidding) I got 2nd and Ric was 3rd. It is always fun to see what costumes there will be, and this year was pretty funny. I think my favorite had to be my hubby as the creepy Burger King guy! WOW, I was laughing so hard inside when I was at Target having to buy my husband white tights! Thanks everyone for coming! I look forward to next year!

Lions and Tigers and Bears OH MY!!!

Just going through old Halloween pics and saw this one! This was so fun! It took a little convincing to get Jade to do it but he was such a good sport! They are getting so big! I cant believe how little Bryn looks! :(

Fall Ball!

Jaden was asked to play for another team for a tournament over UEA, and of course he wont turn baseball down! He played for the Cottonwood Colts, most of the players he knows from playing them in All Stars, in fact he hit his home run over the fence against them. It was really fun getting to know all the players and their parents. They were very friendly and welcoming and were way excited to have Jade on their team. He played really well, and even got the game ball one night! He hit a bomb and it bounced over the fence, and he made the winning hit to beat Heber and move on to the next day! They played our big rival Bingham and ended up beating them and going to the championship game against T-ville and lost by 1... At least 2nd place gets a trophy too! So we thought baseball was over after that right? NO!!!!!!!!!!! He was asked again to play in a tournament this weekend down south for the Rebels! He is popular I guess! :) Id have him on my team any day! He really has the love for it, and is excited it isnt over yet! Sorry Bryn, you have to sit through a few more cold games!

I have been going through hundreds, geez maybe thousands of pictures that are on disc that I need to get printed and scrapbook, and I found this one and just had to share. I love the relationship those 2 have! They are 2 peas in a pod. Bryn does so many things that remind me of Steve, they are alike in so many ways!
