Birthday Tulips

I was a little bummed on my Birthday yesterday cause Steve was out of town, and that was the first time that has happened! But I cheered up after going to lunch with 4 great girlfriends at Cafe Rio, I got some way fun gifts from them! Love you guys! Then to make it even better when I got home there was a cute brown and green box on the door. I opened it and it was tulips from Steve! They are my very favorite flower! I thought it was cute that the kids ( especially Jade ) were so concerened that I didnt have presents from them to open! Bryn did the cutest thing, she shut herself in her room for along time and told me not to look. Then she called Jade and I in there and turned off all the lights, and turned on her lite brite and there was a cute birthday cake that she made on there! Then they sang to me and I had to blow out the candles! AWWW :)

So tonight is my "birthday" again, and we are going to Market Street Broiler, and I think maybe open some presents! ( jade hinted there might be ) I love my cute family!

Easter!

I love Easter! I love the colors, dresses, and the feeling that Spring is here! We had a busy day as usual, but it was really fun. The kids got up early and found their baskets, and then we went to Grandma Sharons for brunch and an Easter egg hunt. They bought a new swing set for the kids to play on when they are over, which they were excited about! I love Bryns dress this year! Think its my favorite one so far.

Then we went up to Bountiful and went to our famous egg throwing hill and had fun racing and throwing all of the eggs we dyed! I dont know where this tradition started but its way fun. The seagulls come and clean up the mess we make! I took this pic of Jade at their house and I love his dimples in it! Then we went back to their house and had a yummy dinner and the kids had fun playing with their cousins Jensyn and Ashley.

My Baby is 6!

I cant believe Bryn is 6! It seems like yesterday we brought home our tiny 5 pound little bundle! She is as cute as ever and so much fun! I love you Bryn! She had such a fun birthday, it lasted for days! Here are some pics of some fun things we did for her birthday! Her and I also went to Disney Princess on Ice on Friday night, it was so much fun to have some time just me and her! It was so good! I loved it and felt like I was 6 again too! Thanks Daddy for getting us 2nd row seats!!! I want to freeze her at this age!

Grandpa and Grandma took her to the mall shopping and they went to Build A Bear ( in this case Build a cheeta )She got to pick out 2 cute outfits for it and she got a cute jacket from Gymboree for her. Then they went to dinner. She had a blast, she is so lucky to have such great Grandparents and we feel extra lucky that she got to do that with Grandpa since it was 1 year ago that he had his stroke and was unable to spend her birthday last year with her. She loves him lots!
Ok, this is kind of a sad picture, since the fish we got her is no longer with us! Our lovely cat ate it in the middle of the night! So first thing that morning we went and got a new one! She was pretty broken hearted but we are trying to laugh about it now! We now have a cover on the bowl!

YES! those are earrings! We have been talking about getting them done when she is 6 and I really didnt think she would actually go through with it! I think I was more nervous than her! She sat on Daddys lap and was so brave! She didnt even cry, although I think she wanted to a little bit! She picked out the cutest pink ( of course ) flower earrings and I LOVE the way they look! Its kinda bittersweet for me cause it kinda means she is growing up!
